"With its beautiful-loser aura and grandiose Brit-rock dynamics, ethos could inspire Morrissey and Marr to reunite."

9.10.02 Run, don't walk! Pick up "I'm a No One" for only $5 for a limited time starting Tuesday, September 17th

That's right, be one of the first 40 people (8 stores, 5 chances per store) to walk into any  of the following DMRC locations and you can pick up "I'm a No One" for only $5!  The stores participating include: Rock-a-Billy's (Utica), Record Time (Roseville and Ferndale), Street Corner (Southfield), Switched On (Novi), Desirable Discs (Dearborn) and Discs & Tapes (Brighton).

9.10.02 This is it.  We've saved the best for last...

Well, all good things must end as they say.  So here is the seventh and final track off of "I'm a No One".  So take a listen to "This Head Is Haunted".

9.3.02 It's Official.  Here's the one we will play...

Don't miss the live show at our "official" record release party at Magic Bag on October 11th.  We don't make it out this way often so this one's for you... We may not be giving out swag that night but we will be giving away a part of ourselves.  Hey now!  Don't get the wrong idea, we mean when we play we give it our all.

9.3.02 Hear "Me & You" minus the piano, add a banjo

It's on to track six, Me & You,  which was first recorded on Wherever You Are with our former lineup.  We decided to take this one back into the studio in an attempt to recreate some of the live energy.  So speed it up, add a little more bass, bring in our producer Tim Pak on banjo and take out the piano and it's the new "Me & You".  Want to compare?  Feel free to download the MP3 of the former version.

8.27.02 Record release party announced at Fifth Avenue's, "Sugar Hiccup".

Sorry we won't be playing our songs, but they will be playing our record "I'm a No One" and giving

away ethos swag throughout the night.  Didn't you say you needed a new shot glass?

8.24.02 We're on the Mexican Ra-dee-O!

"The Karma Suits Ya" is the song of the month on eufonia.net which means it's played on their -- dare we say it--Brit pop program throughout the month of August (and beyond we hope).

8.21.02  T-shirts for sale, t-shirts for sale!

Can't wait for the next ethos show to pick up one of our almost fresh off the press t-shirts?  You can now order it on-line here and we'll ship it directly to you!

Live in Detroit?  Tune in to "Big Sonic Heaven" on WDVD 96.3 from 10pm-2am to hear "Drive Us" amongst  the sonic soundscape of all things good.
